JV Football vs. Fork Union Military Academy

The JV football tigers dropped their second game of the season to a VERY large and very experienced Fork Union team on Thursday. In a battle of David and Goliath, the tigers were obviously out-manned and out muscled, but showed a lot of heart and played very hard all game.

With temperatures once again reaching the 90's, the JV football team opened the season with a loss on the road to VES. Despite a great effort from the tigers, we came up short on the scoreboard.
Hargrave 200y Freestyle Relay Team Earns NISCA All-American Honors

During the 2007 Virginia State Independent Schools Swimming and Diving Championships held February 16-17, Hargrave Military Academy’s 200y Freestyle Relay team won their event and broke a 15 year old state record in the process. Coach Larry Simonov, a former Olympic coach for the Soviet Union and current American citizen, has been hired by Hargrave Military Academy to head and further develop the Academy’s extensive aquatics programs.
